text service lost

my sky+ box updated and now i can't get the text service on bbc channel   can anyone help

Mine has too.  My Sky+ is not connected to broadband and BBC text services were working up till yesterday.

Did,you check the link in my previous post? It looks like Sky are withdrawing support for the text function.
