I am having a problem resetting my Sky Parental lock pin.

I am still using Freesat from Sky but am unable to reset the Parental lock PIN. I still have the Sky card in place and have tried using the last 4 digits but that doesn't work. I have tried looking in My Sky but can't see a record of my Sky card on there even though I've had it for over 10 years. I have looked in the secret Engineers menu but can't find anything on there either.  Any idea where to go next?

If you have a Sky+ box then try services > system details for your viewing card number.

Yes I have the card number from the Settings but entering the last four digits still doesn't work

That would imply that at some point you've changed it.
