sky+hd box

Hi guys a question for you.
I have a sky+hd box if i change it for an identical box
would my card that is in the original work
I ask because sky believes there is a fault in the one i have

@BERKSHIRE  You would have to pair your card to the new box, but other than that it's an easy swap.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@BERKSHIRE  If they are swapping it out for another Sky+hd box and not q box it should do, but you will need to pair the card to the box to receive premium channels (sports/cinema)
