Anyone else experiencing no signal in the Liverpool area?

The satellite signal isn't different across the country. No satellite signal problems are the result of a problem with your dish setup. Best to give Sky a call and book an engineer.

@Gv122 As the satellite signal covers the whole of the UK, then it wouldn't just affect 1 small area of the country.

It' more likely to be an issue with your own setup.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you currently got bad weather between you and the satellites? as that is the only thing that can cause issues for some and not others
