sky customer services should be ashamed how they overcharge loyal elderly customers

I have been charged £51.00 for September bill, will bill me for £67.00 foOn 27 August 2025 i spoke to Clair in UK Customer Services and Asad at the South African call centre to discuss and renew my B/Band and Evening and Weekend Talk only phone service contract to start from September and October 2025.

I was promised, that my whole package will be £31.00 in total. Taking into account my health issues being an elderly pensioner a loyal customer for 11 years. r Octomer, charged Admin fee of £10 twice on the same bill and £46.00 thereafter for the following  months, till contract expires in 2027. So where is this £31.00 promise. Seems I have been lied to. I warned the customer services staff, that each year the assure me that discounts agreed will be applied and that never happens.  I really want to dump sky now, because my hard earned pension does not grow on a tree.

Lck of compassion and kindness has eroded from UK service industry.. This form of inconsiderate billing has left me upset, distressed and very stressed out.

@Lisa387  Any package changes will cause a higher bill as you're going to be covering more than 1 month.

What dates does this bill cover?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Lisa387

Also remember that each April there is the annual price review, which always means an increase, so the amount won't remain the same for the whole 24 months anyway.
