@Mobline

We are customers here but might be able to help if you have a general question about your billing ?

Other than that you will have to call Sky yourself as nobody will call you due to you posting on here.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Is it something we can help,with?

If the issue is not something that fellow customers on here can help you with, call Sky by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).

The forum filters don’t allow the posting of full phone numbers on here.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Payment holiday only apply to credit items (such as mobile phone loans).

Details here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday

(We're other customers here so cannot directly 'help' you)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Mobline

Payment holidays only apply if you have a Sky Glass TV or a Sky Mobile device so if you have either of these then you would need to contact Sky about this:

@Mobline

It only applies to Glass or mobile.

This link explains the process and limitations

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday

You can't 'extend' it. If you've already requested a payment holiday, you can only apply for another one if it's in the next 12-month period. For example, if you requested one in your first 1 - 12 months, you can't request another one until the next 12 months period of 13 - 24 months etc.

Are your services currently restricted?

@Chris595

Your post doesn't make a lot of sense in conjunction with the earlier posts. Can you explain what issue you're having?

Is it something we can help,you with?

Its rather a misleading thread title as you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: for any customer whose services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

🟩 online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟩 Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).

Note ~ ROI customers 🔹If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.
