Elderly mum left with no phone after you’ve left a vulnerable 87 years old phoneless,
Elderly mum has no phone tonight after being misold from Sky TV 151£ for 28 calls after they got her to come away from BT. She's 87 years old. I phoned sky this morning about all of this.. disgusted it's her life line her ohone

@Ann1240 In case your not aware this is a customer helps customer community.
I'm at a loss as to how Sky TV would leave them without a phone. Perhaps you could explain fully what has happened and what they signed up for?

If she has moved from BT to Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the default landline phone tariff is Sky Pay As You Talk whereby outgoing calls generally cost 27p per minute. If she regularly uses the phone to that extent then she needs to be on one of the other tariffs. She/you will need to call Sky to change it by dialling 150 free from her landline. I doubt Sky will reimburse the previous costs if they were correctly incurred.
