random reminders

Hi

Recently my sky+ box has been creating random reminders for programmes I have no interest. 

I cannot get rid of them!

Go into the scheduled tab of the planner, highlight the programme and press green to remove the series link, then press yellow to delete. Scroll down further and check if the programme is listed as next episode or next series. If it is remove this one the same way. Random reminders do pop up occasionally, people have been complaining for years but it still happens.

thabks for your answer but it doesn't solve my problem unfortunately. 

When on the tv guide i see these random clocks (reminders) on programmes. 

I do not see them anywhere on the planner section (scheduled / series link or otherwise). 

The clock image is ONLY on the tv guide pages and they drive me bananas as I spend ages trying to figure out if I put them there (& why) or if it's a weird glitch!

Nothing I press gets rid of them. 

At this point I'm just convinced my tv is haunted or hates me! ha ha ha ha

You could try a planner rebuild to see if that fixes it for you.

Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild

This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.

I'll give that a go when I've stopped recording and see if that solves my problem
