I'm getting the message saying that no satellite signal is being received, then comes back but the signal breaks up, pixelates & goes off. I've tried all the fixes, but the problem still remains. there is no bad weather and has been workjing fine most of the day. does a couple of times a day but this time it hasn't fixed itself. Nothing blocking the satellite but the sky+ box is from the stone age. Getting really frustrated due to happening a lot the last week or so.Did all the online fixes and checks but nothing has worked.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more"No Satellite Signal" usually indicates an issue with one or more of the following:
You may have to call out sky or a 3rd party satellite/aerial company
Note: If you have a communal dish then this is maintained by your landlord/building management and NOT sky
