Viewing card and no subscription channels

For 3 days now My second sky+ box has message problem with viewing card and no subscription channels available even though I pay for multiroom , I have phoned and was told the issue has been passed on still had no response have emailed and also had no response.Have tried all the methods suggested to no avail am at my wits end.I have been a sky customer for over 20 years and never had an issue but this is now rediculous!

Sky don't use email as a general means of contact, which is likely why you've not had a response. I'd contact Sky again to see if there's any progress. I don't know if they can help, but if you wish we can ask the messaging team to contact you here so that you can see if they can?

I emailed through the app the accounts complaints section and had confirmation of receipt of email. I will be phoning again as not happy.
