lost signals

Hi, are Sky channels down with everyone at the moment ?

 

We've lost signals.

 

if so, any ideas when it will be up and running ?

I've lost most signals on my sky+ today only minimal channels ok has there been any problems with weather?

@Ruth05 is your box a Sky+HD box or an older Sky+ box (with no D capability)?

My box is a sky+hd and after receiving an email stating that sky+hd were not affected 😡 all if a sudden my box is not working!!

after speaking to a so called customer service representative on the phone last Wednesday who has not helped one bit 😡 'I will give you a ring back on friday between 2-3pm and we will sort it out! I will speak to the engineers! what a joke these employees are!! x

@Ruth05 if you're seeing a 'no satellite signal' message on the affected channels, it's most likely a problem with your dish setup. Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ systems (unless you have Sky Protect) so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look. The alternative would be to upgrade to Sky Q and any dish problems will be sorted out as part of the Sky Q installation.
