i cancelled HD TODAY , WHAT PROGRAMS WILL I LOSE

today i renewed my sky account , i cancelled HD to save money , will i lose programmes ,,,, ?
0r will i be able to watch them but not in HD

You will lose any recording that come from subscription HD channels

You'll lose access to any programme in HD unless there's an SD variant. You'll also lose access to any recording from an HD channel

The exception to both of the above is any free to air channel such as BBC1 HD, which you'll still be able.e to watch and record.

There may be SD variants of the HD channels which you can watch and record instead.

Hi @Loismae 

You don't loose any channels - as you suspect you will be able to watch  the  SD versions.

Any recordings you have made from the HD channels won't, however, be watchable

BTW A few channels (e.g. BBC) do not need the HD add on to watch in HD so these will still be available

@Loismae  You should be able to watch sky sports unless you have cancelled the sky sports hd subscription (if this was showing as a separate line on your bill), doing so will cancel sky sports completely has you can't have one without the other

SKY Sports are not covered by the standard HD add on.

In the UK all SKY Sports are in HD and not available in SD any more - as @SKY1992bf  there is a separate entry on bills for SKY Sports HD which cannot be added or removed independently to the SKY Sports pack   

Edit : BTW SKY Sports Mix & SKY Sports News are not part of the SKY Sports pack and so having cancelled the standard HD add on you can only watch those in SD
