downloads and set reminders

Fed up with Sky and the excuses they keep making.This time trying to set reminder for England v Netherlands cricket ODI series which starts Friday on CH404.Error message is unable to set reminder for this programme.

Done reset and reboot and still the same.

Second is trying to download anything on bbc channels especially 3 and 4 and error message says there is a problem with broadband connection but it is fine.Spoken to sky many times about this and they are aware but just say our tech team are working on a resolution.3 months later and still the same.Do not seem to care unless it is a sky channel.

Was thinking of changing to glass but all the reports say it is useless which does not really surprise me.

@Oddie2004  regarding reminders your not alone as I can't set one either for the same program currently

Thankyou.I was thinking about changing to Glass but all the experts say it is absolutely useless and not worth having so another big failure from Sky.

@Oddie2004  If you are generally happy with your current setup I would hold off going for glass for the time being

@Oddie2004 if you're thinking about Glass, be sure to research thoroughly. It certainly isn't absolutely useless. Mine works pretty reliably and suits my viewing habits, but it does depend on good broadband. Don't think of Glass as an upgrade - it's an entirely different product.

Thankyou for the responses.CH404 is now sorted but bbc series downloads are still an issue.
