Ah - you're aking how you control your Sky box without a Sky remote,  not your tv! You would have to use the physical buttons on the box, as @Annie+UK posted.

@JasonP11  You post is bit confusing, is it your Sky remote that is damaged and it is your Sky box that you need to control?  If so plenty of Sky+HD remotes can be bought online.

If you're asking how do you use the TV remote to control a Sky+HD box then as far a s I'm aware you can't programme a standard Samsung remote to give you full control of your Sky+HD box.  It will only control your TV, however if you have the much smaller Smart Remote you may be able to orogramme it to control some aspects of the SKy +HD box, you'll need to read the TV user manual as it will vary from Model to Model.
