Sky sports not working

We have a package that includes sky sports. It suddenly says we need to upgrade our subscription to get sky sports but we changed things a few months ago and Sky sports is included

We have the same issue. We have tried rebooting the sky boxes several times but it has not resolved the issue

It's wider than just Sky Sports - it's any Sky channel that is not part of the basic package.

Not the same issue then. Can you give us an example of a channel where you're seeing this message? Do you see it on ch 106? SD channels as well as HD?

Yes - it's the same message on 106 and other sky channels. We are going to call Sky tomorrow to sort it out. We've checked the account and there is no reason for this.

@RCJM is there any background to this - are you using the same box as before when you were able to watch Sky Sport etc ok?
