my sky is not connecting to my broadband. I've tried connecting by rebooting and pressing the WiFi following the Instructiins it's been a while it's not working

@NAB0221 turn off both your Sky box and your broadband router at the plug. After 30 seconds turn your router back on and after another 4 minutes turn your Sky box back on. Then see if they connect.
If not, press the WPS button on your Sky box and within 30 seconds, the WPS button on your router and see if they connect that way.
