Hard drive error

Cant watch recorded programs. Can't pause any programs

The system reset will delete your recordings.

 

If neither resolves the issue, your hard disk has failed and you'll need to upgrade to Sky Q or Stream. Contact Sky for your options.

 

If you don't want to upgrade you could investigate getting the hard disk replaced at your own expense. Note that you're won't be able to replace the box with another Sky+HD box.
