WiFi will not connect on Sky plus box. If I press the WPS button I get message, 'problem with the wireless networking device'

Have you tried rebooting your router and Sky box?

Yes, many times. I think the issue may be that when the WPS button on the Sky box is pressed, no led comes on and I get the error message above.

Try setting the wifi up manually

Option not now available on screen. Contacted Sky and looks like box has had its day. Sky Q on its way.
