When TV package ends

Does anyone know what happens when the TV package comes to an end with Sky? What will appear on my TV screen instead and will the remote stop working?

If you have given Sky the required 31 days notice to cancel then what will happen if on the pay channels and you recordings you will see an upgrade message so you will be unable to view them. On your Sky+ box the remote will continue to work as you will have access to the free channels from the likes of the BBC, ITV etc...

I don't think I gave them 31 days notice. Is that why they've charged me £46 today (the day it's cancelled)?!

During the 31 days notice billing continues as normal so when you have left any credit left on your account due to this bill can be refunded and help can be arranged for on here if you post back when you have left and if you see a credit.

They've debited £46 from my account and I'm not sure why. There doesn't seem to be an operator you can talk to, just sends you here. So how do I go about getting a refund if there are no customer services?
