Hello,

I've upgraded to sky glass from sky +, what am I supposed to return? I know with sky q they ask for the box back, but with + they've not sent anything/asked for anything?

Sly Q boxes are rented from Sky, Sky+ are sold to the customer so you don't return Sky+ boxes

Late model Sky+ HD hardware has some potential value on eBay, but remove the viewing card first.

Alternatively you can send it to Sky for refurbishment (if they choose) or material reclamation
