It appears to be OK for me, so try deleting the episode and delete it again from the deleted folder then download it again.

The 5.1 sound mix has an issue. Dialogue comes from the left front channel rather than the centre.

I am having the same issue. I can't hear any of the characters voices - just the background music. I've restarted everything. Rebooted the sky box. Deleted and permanently deleted the episode. But it still won't work. My tv settings are all correct and I can play previous episodes, and other shows absolutely fine. Which isolates the issue to this episode?

Any help, sky?

@Chris+1234456 tried the advice given here? If it doesn't resolve it, you might wish to report it to Sky. You could try emailing the Viewer Relations team at viewerr@sky.uk

I had the exact same issues, fixed it by Turing the sound output to normal from Dolby digital

That worked for me. Very strange.

Same problem for me. Don't fancy messing with my sound setup.

Are Sky working on a fix??

If your Sky box is directly connected to your tv, there's really no point in your sound output being set to Dolby D. Checking that it's set to Normal would be the first thing to do.

I don't think I am set to Dolby D.

In the end I was able to find and download a different version off Sky which had the full audio on it.

I tried all of the above and nothing worked. I ended up skipping the episode. Sky subscription ending soon...

I ended up sticking subtitles on for this episode, couldn't find any other fix!

I had the same issue, downloaded again in normal definition instead of high definition and it seems to have cleared the problem.
