I need to return the sky equipment

I need to return the sky equipment. The delivery went back to sender.

You've posted on the Sky+ board. This type of equipment doesn't need returning unless you wish to recycle it. You own your Sky+ box (if that's what you have).

They sent me the returns package but wasn't in when delivered. So I need a new one sending

In my experience they just leave the packaging by the door, without ringing/knocking, ether you're in or not.
