@john805 You cannot pair a card to a replacement box, also Sky no longer provide cards for replacement boxes as Sky Plus is now an obsolete / legacy system
You posted the same on the Sky Q board which I've answered. I think you must have Sky Q as Sky don't replace Sky+ boxes.,

@MaisieD8484 same problem as who? It would help to tell us exactly what the issue is, and what error mesage you're seeing? We may then be able to guide you.
You've also posted similar on the Sky Q board so I suspect you actually have Sky Q.
