The screen says my Sky viewing card on my Sky+HD box is not authorised-what do i do

Try that card in your Sky+ box.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

There is no such thing as a Sky Q card it is just a viewing card that can be used in ANY Sky satellite box, Q or + 🙂

Your Card has been Deactivated..and you need a new, The Problem is Sky no not Pair new card in Old Boxes. So you will get a SKY Q instead

You posted the same on the Sky Q board which I've answered. I think you must have Sky Q as Sky don't replace Sky+ boxes.,
