Viewing card
A message comes up on my sky + stating viewing card is not authorised and I should input new one. I have not got a new card and need current card reauthorising.

Is this the same viewing card in the same Sky+ box it was paired to in October 2024?

Did you order, then cancel Sky Q? You'll need to give Sky a call to request a replacement card.
