My son got a new sky+hd bix as the old ones hard drive broken, the engineer said we could use the old viewing card but when i go into system details is says "no card" on viewing card number. Ive followed all the steps on line but nothing worked and i cant find a number to phone sky.

I've paired and done the new install but it still says "no card" on the viewing card number ??
can anyone help or tell me who to phone as the only other card we've got is for sky Q which we don't have

Sky had ordered us sky Q but when the engineer looked at our Wi-Fi which is satellite and wire mesh boosters they said we couldn't get sky Q

Don't Sky+ HD cards get cancelled as soon as a Sky Q card is supplied and can not be reactivated?

I've paired by viewing card with the new box and I've gone through the activation on the my sky app and waited for the 4 hours but it still hasn't worked and saying "no card". What do I do now or has anyone got a number for sky. Every number I has is an automated message.

Was the Sky Q cancelled because the Sky installation engineer could not complete the Sky Q installation☹️
if the Sky+ card was cancelled and Sky Q was calcelled ... the only option left is Sky Stream🤔
