You CANNOT do what you want, as of end October 2024 the card is LOCKED to the box it was in as that time and CANNOT be transfered into a different box
Your main box card replacement can only be used in your MAIN box and NOT you multiscreen box

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWas this card paired to this box at the end of October 2024? As the card now gets locked to the box it was paired to at that time

No its a new one and I have cancelled the card that's in that box, that runs out at the end of the month, maybe it will work when that has ended

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt will no longer pair to a new/different box I'm afraid. You can't now pair a viewing card to another Sky+ box. Sky Customer Services are available to provide advice and troubleshooting. Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.
Still call Sky to discuss your options moving forward which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf Sky have sent you a replacement card then Sky should be able to pair it remotely, but only if this is the same box the non-working card was in
This is quite confusing as to the reasson for needing to pair the card 😞

Why all the capitals? The main card hasn't been in a box for over a year so isnt linked to a box and shows on the sky app its not linked to a box it just says self install, the other card is showing the HD box
