i need live agent live guidance how to use new box and connect I HAVE A NEW BOX AND CANNOT CONNECT ,CHECK NEW BATTERIES OR ANYTHING ,I WANT LIVE AGENT GUIDANCE

@graham163 Well it's not a Sky+ box, where you've posted, so I assume you have Sky Stream?

 

For help from Sky, give them a call. This is a forum where customers help each other. Or if you tell us where you get to and the message on screen, somebody here will try to guide you.

What new box? You've originally posted in the Sky+ board. You won't have received Sky+ equipment.

This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you're not talking to Sky support

 

You have posted in the Sky+ forum I'm guessing you don't have Sky+ as Sky don't provide them to new customers any more

 

Please answer the following question so that your thread can be moved to the correct place, where you're more likely to get help with your query

 

Which Sky System do you have?
