We have Sky+ multiroom. One of the boxes stopped working with the message that the viewing card was unauthorised - have done a system update but that didn't work and can't re-pair it online as the card number isn't showing - we now only have one card number showing for the subscription despite having 2 boxes with multiroom. We did order SKYQ 4 months ago but it wasn't fitted due to the signal being too poor, everything has continued to work until now.

You will need to phone Sky for replacement cards as the old ones cannot be re-enabled
