Viewing card not authorised

I ordered Sky Q to be installed but when the engineers came  they could not install as we have some large trees at the back. I have a Sky Q card here but need to know what card  number is registered against me account - the old one or this new one. I am not confident to change them without this information and don't want to mess up the whole system in the process.

Swap to the new Sky Q card and Try performing a New Install, the old card is now disabled
