Viewing card not authoriaed
When I click on channel 110 entertainment a message is coming up saying viewing card is not authorised.
It's always worked fine before so confused as to why this has happened suddenly ?

Try performing a New Install

@JaneWilson3147 is this the only channel affected? Have you previously ordered, then cancelled Sky Q?

Short you need a new Card and and SKY Q Receiver, this you can Order over phone with SKY. (You need also an new LNB with a SKY Q)
My Long Story:
SKY Does the same with my Card... and i never orderet an SKY Q
First, i got the Mesage Card needs to be Paired, not a problem, and few weeks later...
"Viewing card not authoriaed" on all Channels.
And Sky has send me an new card, but hat can´t be paired in the SKY+ HD.
I had here and SKY Q Box Laying around ....
(YES SOME WILL SAY, THAT IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT)
But for me it was the only way, I paired my New Card with that,
and now it works.
But i tried the old card First.. to Pair. (The Pairing Process takes ages and never ends until i stop that) And The Message was and is always "Card is not longer Active"
And by the way a new installation of my old Card in the SKY+ was not successful.
Now i have to Live with the SKY Q Box.

@Maniatore2006 just out of interest when you received the replacement viewing card from sky did you try a new install or did that not work?
