Freezing up

Sky + box keeps freezing when changing channels, recordings are failing or stalling when viewing and message coming up technical problem with this channel. Have done a complete reset several times but made no difference.

Sounds like the harddrive is on its last legs 😞

 

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, and/or Sky Stream.

 

Satellite TV is on its last legs and is being replaced due to the lack of any new satellites being launched to replace the existing ones that are at the end of their service

@KK33 highlight a failed recording in your Planner and press the i button on your remote. What failure reason is shown on screen?
