Volume on our tv

If we increase or decrease the volume it is spoken. Can't  get rid of this

@Volumecontrol 

This appears to be an issue with your TV and not your Sky+ box so you need to look at your TV instructions or use Google if you no longer have it.

@Volumecontrol look for audio description in your tv settings (not your Sky box).
