My sky hd box is working fine however I have sky cinema, sky movies and sky sports package. I cannot view them as I receive an error message stating its the wrong viewing card.
Sky Bot is useless at helping.
Customer service are telling me my card has to be facing upwards ( WRONG) we're meant to call me back and didn't.
I have no idea what to do. I also have a 5G EE router but the box is not picking up the broadband router. I'm at a loss. I'm not technical.
