Whilst watching tv a msg says your programme is loading please wait, this happens all the time !!??

Whilst watching sky tv the programme I am watching will keep pausing with the message ' your programme is loading, please wait' this happens several times whilst watching anything!! Is this a broadband issue? Please help !!!
