You sent me a letter inviting me to upgrade to Q for no extra cost!

@Plasterpitts  Sky would have sent the letter, no one on the forum can.  You will need to follow the steps in the letter if you want to upgrade.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
