Unhappy customer

I have a sky HD+ box and would like to view channel 305 Disney cinema. When I click on it says to upgrade my subscription , however i have sky ultimate and sky cinema so I should get it. Any ideas how to resolve this

Unfortunately, Sky have decided that this channel isn't available to Sky+HD Customers. Possibly because of its link to the Disney+ App, which also can't be accessed on a Sky+HD Box.

Why would you need to add this manually, if it was available for Sky Plus and in your subscription then it would automatically be listed in the EPG

@EthelLaycock  You can't and it's not available on sky+hd hardware full stop 

 

to access the channel you would need to upgrade to either sky Q glass or stream

It is listed and it shows the disney movies due to shown, however when i click on the channel it gives me a message to upgrade my subscription. I have sky cinema so I should be able to view this linear channel.

Im afraid that like myself who like you also has a Sky+ box and is a Sky Cinema customer also doesn't have access to this channel and this I'm afraid correct as the previous posts have said.

Hi thank you very much for sharing that. it just so happens that I have just discovered that my self. i downloaded Sky go on to my desktop and discovered i could view 305. Fantastic. Thanks again
