@Graham19671 as customers here, we can't do that. Why does your Viewing Card need to be activated? Is it a replacement provided by Sky?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Two years ago you posted on the Sky Q board with an issue you had. Now you're posting on the Sky+ board which hasn't been available to sign up to for quite a while so can you confirm in this thread which Sky TV platform you subscribe to?
