Does the HD Subscription definitely show on your bill?

Hi, yes it shows on the last payment, it's in the account subscription details when looking at my online account. And has worked for years, until a few days ago most but not all of the HD channels now have this message coming up. How do we chat to someone at Sky please? I'm sure this is an error that they need to look into

Hi, can I ask if you managed to get this sorted and if so, how??  Just started with exactly the same issue tonight - yes I've checked we do pay for HD - and it has been working right up until today.
