New internet hub and cannot connect SKy + box

We have had Gigaclear installed. I am trying to connect the Sky + box to the new internet hub but cannot.

I pressed services, then selected Settings. When I go to Network, it says Connection to On Demand FAIL but I cannot work out how to enter the new router details and password.
