Have not been any help, I would prefer to speak to a human not an automated helpline, this is stupid and no help at all, please get in touch within twenty four hours otherwise I will be cancelling this

@grahamdavies117 you're not talking to Sky here. We're customers. Sky won't contact you in response to your post. By all means call if you want to speak to a human.
If you'd like the Community here to try to help, you canmhelp us, by telling us which Sky system you have, as already requested.
