@Jamie232  Sky+ where you have posted has no engineer support as these boxes are no longer supported by Sky, do you have Sky Q perhaps?

 

In any event no one here can check your appointment as this is a customer helps customer community

As stated above Sky don't send engineers for Sky+ issues (where you've posted).

 

Customers who book an engineer for their Sky Q equipment should now receive a tracking link on the day of the planned visit. This will show when the engineer is expected to arrive.

 

Unfortunately some jobs take longer than expected and then impact appointments for later in the day.
