The picture and sound is flickering in and off. This is happening for weeks sick of paying for no service. I tried to phone and got nowhere

You have 2 options, call Sky who may provide a refurbished box (although they may push you towards Sky Q), or purchase a second hand box online.
As SkyHD boxes stopped being made over 6 years ago you will struggle to find a new unused box.
