Tv issues

Since changing to fibre the remote doesn't respond to voice commands, also it says my subscription needs upgrading to record series on free channels which were already recorded previously without issue,

You've posted in the Sky+ forum but it looks like you don't have Sky+. Do you have Sky Q? Or Sky Stream/Glass?
