Sky not working

I want someone to come out, our sky isn't working

I want an engineer out to fix our sky, I'm getting endless messages but can never speak to someone! Our sky isn't working so I will cancel everything if someone doesn't bother answering a phone

Do you have a Sky+ box and if so what onscreen message are you seeing ?

Have you got Sky+ as that's where you've posted?

Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD. You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense if you actually need an engineer as you haven't said what the issue is. 

If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post suggested they wouldn't send an engineer - but did offer the customer £65towards arranging one themselves.

 

The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.
