Trying to add sky sports mix hd but getting messed that either the viewing card inane inserted

I'm trying to add sky sports mix HD but it's saying viewing card isn't inserted correctly or no broadband connection, which isn't the case

Firstly I pay for sports HD and I want to watch the game in HD as SD is terrible in fast moving sport, secondly my box has the HD channel on 873 and and SD on 416

As far as I know, Sky Sports Mix isn't part of the Sports Pack, it's part of Sky Signature (to make some sport available to non-sports subscribers). 

As such it requires the standard HD Pack to get it in HD, which I'm guessing you don't have?
