I have changed from sky+ box to sky+HD box as I do not want skyQ. How can I transfer my recorded programmes?

No you cannot, the best you can do is find the programmes in On Demand and download any you find

@RH09 unfortunately you can't , any attempt to do so would be a breach of contract
