To schedule not loading

To schedule won't load on sky + box even thought connected to sky Q box   Reset and re booted numerous times

TV schedules won't load on our sky box which is connected to sky q. Constantly says waiting for to schedule. It's the sky box in bedroom which I believe is a sky + box

@SNGalt 

You can't mix a Sky Q and Sky+ box. You need to clarify which main box you have; Sky Q or Sky+. If it's Sky Q and the box upstairs is a mini box we can move this thread to the correct board and advise you.

@SNGalt does your bedroom Sky box have a cable at the back which goes to your satellite dish? If so, you're right, it's a Sky+ box but unfortunately it won't work if you have a Sky Q box too, unless you specifically told the Sky engineer you want to keep it.
