Lost ITV 1...

I woke up yesterday morning with no ITV 1. All other ITV channels are in tact and I've done everything the sky box advised but no luck. Does anyone have any tips or tricks?

ITV 1 the channel. ITV 2, 3 & 4 all work.

What is happening when you try to view the channel, do you see a no satellite message or something else as this is what @Annie+UK is asking ?

The screen is just blue, no message. When I pressed the help button it advised to restart the box but nothing happened after it came back on.
