Technical fault on recordings

When playing back a recorded programme the error message" there is a technical fault with this channel please try again later,"

I have tried later as suggested, makes no difference

Try a Planner Rebuild. If that doesn't resolve it tell us exactly what the error message says.

I can record a programme but I cannot download them for instance when it says restart the programme , it fails every time . The technical fault - 11 (272)
