Sky viewing card not authorised I have in contact with the sky robot a different phone
The sky viewing card is not authorised so I tried to speak to sky but I have used two different phone numbers but with the same answer I can't get to speak to a real person so I can speak to a human being

Calls to any Sky number are received by the automated robot. Have you previously ordered and cancelled Sky Q?
